Mountain Climbing Email Marketing is a training video in the Cliqly back office (not available to people on the free trial because it’s a little to advanced) that shows people how they can build their email marketing business PROFITABLY in Cliqly.

It’s good and should be watched.

The idea is that climbing a mountain is hard. Requires energy – right?

Building an email list in Cliqly isn’t hard but it does require you buy Cliqly List Building Credits instead of energy.

But once you’er at the top of the mountain and on the way down you don’t need so much energy – right?You could relax and recoup your energy.

In email marketing this recouping of energy refers to benefiting from the list you’ve built, making PROFIT through sending LESS Cliqly List Building email and MAXIMIZING sending the very profitable Cliqly Pro emails – make sense?

My suggestion is to watch the video to understand the concept, and the ‘test’ your list building ideas using the free calculator within Abby Hunjo’s free spreadsheet / calculator.

This will enable you to better forecast performance…

Against a slower PROFITABLE list building strategy.

Model the different approaches and make wiser business choices 🙂

My only critique, Bobby mentions My Inbox Pro as a way of mailing more, and profiting more. In my experience MIP wasn’t profitable.

My example is based on buying the Millions Flash Sale package at 40% off Coupon code getting the 1 Million free Cliqly Pro credits.

Move down the calculator to the list building section.

We are looking at the most aggressive list building example sending the maximum 500,000 Cliqly List Building emails per day.

I’ve inserted 0.85% expected open percentage (I usually get a little better)

I’ve also inserted a $0.14 estimated ‘click’ earnings from sending 10,000 Cliqly List Building emails

Once we’ve put in these numbers, we can see a lot of information…

  • Expected openers / subscribers per day/week/month
  • Cost per opener / sub (my personal edit to the calc)
  • Costs per day/week/month

One whole month of Cliqly list building at this rate will increase your list by an estimated 127,500 openers / subscribers!

But it’s going to cost you $1523.35 in Cliqly List Building Credits.

But also consider how many new openers / subscribers do you actually NEED to reach your next tier?

Aggressive list building can climb you up the Cliqly Pro Tiers pretty fast.

Personally it would only take me 17 days of list building like this to reach my next Tier. I could then relax, turn list building back to 50 -100,000 a WEEK and PROFIT from Cliqly Pro sending – right?

Also remember our aggressive list building cost will be off-set by Cliqly Pro earnings to some extent…

In the calculator screen grab above you can see I’ve added my average Cliqly Pro earnings per 10,000 send of $1.32 .

This part to the calculator shows projected Cliqly Pro earning per Tier level (the total profit column on the end is one of my personal additions)

So depending on which tier you are on you can see how much Cliqly Pro sending can off-set aggressive list building.

Interesting that at Tier 7 and above you can list build to the maximum profitably.
