Four Percent Challenge Case StudyWeek 1 On A Budget
First things first. I’m writing this post from memory as I didn’t finally decide to do a case-study until about 25 days into the challenge.
Listening to Earl Nightingale sparked all different idea’s for how I might setup my ‘unique’ online presence.
I seriously debated something very different.
Earl and Napoleon Hill for that matter suggest looking closer to home before you start afresh. For me this site had rather lost it’s appeal…
But I discussed it with my wife Susanne and talked about what I liked about case-studies and what I didn’t and decided to refresh this idea…
My goal with this case-study is to provide helpful and actionable information for people interested in following Vicks Four Percent Challenge but on a tighter budget.
Tools and service exist to make tasks easier and faster …it doesn’t mean if you haven’t got the tool you can’t do the task…
You just find another way.
So when I joined the original Four Percent membership before the Challenge I already owned a website (E-Stage alternative), lead capture software (Clickfunnels / Leadpages alternative) and I delayed purchasing Internet Traffic Mastery until I felt I was ready to push on.
Vick doesn’t tell us to invest all our money into tools services and paid traffic before establishing that what you’ve setup is working (converting profitably).
Anything else is high risk in my book (read stupid).
Four Percent Challenge Set Up Lite!
Within the Four Percent Challenge Vick recommends best of breed tools and services on which to build your business…
- Domain names for your main website and maybe one for your Tracking Service.
- Hosting for your website
- Funnel builder for lead capture
- Email Service Provider for managing your subscribers and follow up messaging
- Pro level Tracking Service so you can easily see what’s working and what’s not
So I already had most of this or some viable alternatives…
What’s become clear over time is that the costs of these services make for considerable monthly recurring costs.
Too much for many on a tight budget…
Including me!
Anyway, at the end of this post I’ll share my setup which will slash your monthly costs…
Four Percent Challenge – Week One Conclusion
At the end of week one I was…
Mind blown!
By far the best and most enjoyable online training I’d encountered. The inbuilt mindset conditioning just brilliant.
I wonder if future training programs in any skill-set will copy the idea of adding mindset conditioning. I’m positive it’ll rocket success rates.
Next report I have some results…
