RSS Feed Attribution - Excited?

Without doubt one of the dullest subject matters I've ever written about.

But if you are syndicating content using RSS feeds and social media / web 2.0 properties you probably should know this...

What I wanted to do was to simply syndicate by new blog posts across a small number of my own social properties 100% on auto.

Note: I'm not active in any of these networks.

Personally, I don't enjoy social media, so I don't build networks or do any of that stuff (it's just not me).

If I was I'd do far more to personalize each posting.

My purpose is to really get my content out there to help speed up the indexing and ranking of each post.

So using my RSS feed should be perfect for my goals.

I posted on how I planned to use the 100% free IFTTT service to do this here...

Anyway after watching Bradley Benner's video (below) why you might want to use his free RSS feed link attribution plugin I wanted to highlight something from that video.

Because I use the Yoast SEO plugin I wanted to copy Bradley's Yoast set up so that one of the RSS attribution links is 'do follow' rather than just the Yoast 'no follow' links.

Not being an SEO myself I've no idea if this will make any difference, but Bradley seems to give it some credence.

So long story short I copied Bradleys set up of the Yoast SEO plugin RSS settings...

Setting up the Yoast RSS attribution to get do follow links

The post %%POSTLINK%% appeared first on www.WealthyAffiliateChallenge.com

So this enable's me to get do follow attribution links pointing back to my site.

Apologies for the dull nature of this post but It might help someone?
